Those comfortable implementing recommendations on their own.
What You’ll Receive:
A virtual consultation via email where you’ll send photos of your space.
A personalized email with recommendations and suggestions for styling your home to attract buyers.
Option to add a floor plan (style board) for each room for a visual guide (additional fee applies).
Pricing Options
Standard Package – Starting at $59, this option includes a detailed email with professional styling tips and recommendations for your entire home or specific rooms.
Exclusive Package – Starting at $299, this option includes the same recommendations as Option 1, plus a visual floor plan per room to guide you in implementing the changes.
Virtual Sell-Ready Styling Form:
02. In-Person Sell-Ready Styling
Who It’s For:
Homeowners who prefer a hands-on approach to styling.
Realtors looking to elevate a property’s presentation without breaking the bank.
What You’ll Receive:
An in-home consultation to assess your space, style, and needs ($150 fee is required upon booking to secure your spot and will be applied toward the total package price).
Hands-on rearranging and styling using your existing furniture and decor.
Optional sourcing of new decor within your budget.
Pricing Options:
Full Home Styling:
Perfect for clients preparing their entire home to impress potential buyers. This option includes styling for all main areas, using existing decor and furniture (Optional Sourcing Fee: 15% of the decor budget for any new furniture or decor).
Pricing Based on House Size:
Small Homes/Condos (2 bed/1 bath): Starting at $299.
Mid-Size Homes (3-4 bed/2-3 bath): Starting at $499.
Large Homes (5+ bed/3+ bath): Starting at $699.
Consultation Fee: $150 (paid upon booking)
Additional fees may apply for outdoor spaces, basements, and outside of Saskatoon inquiries.
Individual Room Styling:
Ideal for homeowners who only need select areas styled. Whether it’s a living room that needs a fresh look or a kitchen that needs to shine, this option is tailored to focus on the spaces that matter most. This option includes styling using existing decor and furniture (Optional Sourcing Fee: 15% of the decor budget for any new furniture or decor).
Pricing Per Room/Area:
Main Rooms (Living Room, Bedroom, Dining Room, Office): Starting at $99 per room.
Smaller Areas (Kitchen, Bathroom, Console Table, Entryway): Starting at $49 per area.
Consultation Fee: $150 (paid upon booking)
